Why are your cigarettes so much cheaper than the corner store?
Because we sell from a First Nations reserve, manufactured by on-reserve producers, and ship direct. We’re not paying the layers of federal excise tax, provincial tobacco tax, retailer markup, and sales tax that get added to every legal carton sold off-reserve. The product is the same kind of product — the price difference is taxes and markup, not quality.
Are these the same cigarettes I’d buy at a gas station?
No. The brands we sell — Canadian Crush, Pop n Smoke, BB, Dumont, Nexus, Putters, and others — are made by on-reserve manufacturers and are different products from the big-three tobacco company brands (Imperial, JTI-Macdonald, Rothmans). Orders confirmed and paid before 2:00 PM Eastern, Monday–Friday, leave our facility the same day. Orders after 2 PM, on weekends, or on statutory holidays ship the next business day.
Can I cancel or modify an order after it’s placed?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped. Email or text us within an hour and we’ll catch it. Once it’s with the courier, it’s on the way.
Do you sell to the US, UK, or other countries?
No. We ship within Canada only. International tobacco shipping involves customs frameworks we’re not set up for.
